Your subscription and any add-ons will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period. In respect of video editing, Creating Crowds works on one project at a time. Turnaround times are not guaranteed, but most customers receive 1-2 final drafts within 48 hours of submission, depending on the project’s complexity and length.
Your subscription gives you access to an editor for the defined hours per business day as specified in your order or bespoke arrangement. Unused time does not accumulate or roll over, as your editor is reserved for the specified hours each day.
You may cancel your subscription with Creating Crowds on one month’s written notice at any time. Where your cancellation notice is received during the current active subscription month, then, for the avoidance of doubt, the next full month’s subscription will be payable and the term of the agreement will come to an end at the end of that full month. To cancel your subscription, email: create@creatingcrowds.com.
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the services and your project files until the end of your paid billing term. Access to files and services requires an active subscription. Cancelled accounts will not have access to their files after the billing term has ended.
